This is the trip for clients truly wanting to experience the best of Cuba, and gain insights in to Cuban culture and their way of life. Most important to understand is that this is the most customizable of all the trips that we offer. The itinerary listed below is a good start, but any and all groups are able to make this trip fit their particular interests.

Our Proposed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive Havana and check in to private guest house. Walking tour of colonial Havana. Vintage car tour of the city. Dinner in old Havana
Day 2: Depart for Vinales. Lunch upon arrival, then tour a working tobacco farm. Hike in to the mountains for a sunset pig roast. Night in Vinales
Day 4:Walking tour of the valley to mix with local farmers. Return to Havana. Visit the most famous Hemingway bars. Dinner on the town
Day 5: Cigar factory. Travel to Hemingway ranch. Spend an hour with primary school students. Private dance performance and music at the apartment of our friends Duo Iris. Dinner in Vedado district of Havana
Day 6: Depart Havana early. Transfer 2 hours to Rio Hatiguanico. Fish all day. Continue 1 hour to Playa Larga & check in to private Casa. Dinner on the beach
Day 7: Fish the saltwater flats of La Salines for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, etc. After fishing, relax on the beach, then go out for dinner locally
Day 8: Fish the saltwater flats of La Salines for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, etc. After fishing, relax on the beach, then travel to nearby village for dinner and music
Day 9: Fish the saltwater flats of La Salines for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, etc. After fishing, pig roast with local staff and fishing guides.
Day 10: Transfer to Cienfuegos for tour of downtown, then continue to Trinidad. Check in to casa, tour colonial city, dinner at local restaurant
Day 11:After breakfast, hike in the Topes de Collates mountains to enjoy waterfalls and a swim, then continue by bus to Santa Clara. Evening tour of Santa Clara, dinner and music on the town. Night in Santa Clara.
Day 12: Return directly to Jose Marti airport in Havana for return flights home
