RATES & AVAILABILITY:
- Note if nights in Havana or your arrival city are included: It used to be that nights in you arrival city were always included. With other arrival cities opening up for flights, that has complicated things for the outfitters and in many cases travelers are responsible for paying for these. The same goes for your transport to and from the fishing destinations. In some cases it is included, and in others it is not.
- Rates in most cases include: Transportation to and from your daily fishing, accommodations, food and beverages (beverages do have daily limits), and fishing guide while at your fishing destination. Accommodations are generally based on double occupancy, and skiffs will have 2 anglers.
- Rates do not include: Flights to and from Cuba, Cuban Tourist Visa ($50-$100), Cuba Travel Itinerary Fee ($100), Marine Parks Fee ($150), and tips to guides and staff. Your rate may or may not not include transportation within Cuba or nights at a hotel in your arrival city.
There are many factors that will effect the price of a trip to Cuba, including time of year, accommodation, and extra days spent in Havana. Because of the number of variables, we are hesitant to list any prices here. It is much better to shoot us a quick note with some details about what you are wanting, and within a short time we can then get you a truly accurate quote.
It is worth mentioning that many of the destinations in Cuba use live-aboard boats for the accommodations. In some cases, the outfitters charge for the entire boat, and the price per person is determined by how many people end up being on the trip. In other cases, trips are hosted, or the outfitter will sell by the individual spot. So, it is important to let us know if you are a group, or just a few individuals interested in the trip.
