GARDENS OF THE QUEEN-MAYBE LAST CHANCE TO FISH IT!
After an extensive survey from the Cuban government, changes have ben made for the annual amount of visitors allowed into the Gardens of the Queen archipelago. The result of this is of course less availability, as well as prices increasing dramatically. These new restrictions and prices take effect January 1, 2026.
Knowing this, I grabbed a good week in November of 2025. Still offered at reasonable rates, this may be the last chance for those of us without unlimited finances to visit this remarkable fishery. I just returned from a week in this location, and we had a fabulous trip filled with large bonefish, tarpon around every corner, and shots at permit (we didn’t manage to see as many as in past trips.)
I hope you will consider joining me. We will be housed on the Avalon IV yacht, fishing the middle zone (section B) of the islands.
Dates: November 1-8, 2025
Price $5990 per person + $300 Conservation Fee (double occupancy)
